Hosts Stephanie and Sebastien welcomed us warmly with a regional rosé and homemade tapenade. The menu selections are carefully curated as everything is made in house...and almost entirely with local products. My husband and I shared a plate of fleur de courgettes (zucchini flowers) with a fig coulis that was refreshingly light and tasty.
