Had fillet steak really tough and chewy £28,50 no way was it fillet steak spoke to manager/ owner he wasn't interested won't be going back there again

I went to this restaurant for dinner with a friend and had a great time, as always. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and very satisfying. I would definitely recommend trying the bolognese dish.

This Italian restaurant is top-notch. The atmosphere is great, with good music from the 80s and some from the 70s. The familiar faces and staff create a welcoming environment. The food is high quality and well presented. The waitresses and staff are very nice and courteous. They are attentive and provide excellent service. The cheesecake is top-notch as well. Went to port Solent last night and this restaurant was recommended to us and didn’t disappoint . We sat outside in which was lovely and we got away without getting caught in the storm.(perfect) This is a Fantastic venue , food was delicious and the staff are generally i believe to be authentic Italian and professional (in which makes it feel like being on the Italian riviera.I Couldn’t recommend enough . 10/10

My wife and I have eaten here occasionally over the years usually with friends. It used to be OK but now not so good. Again we ate here with a group of friends. The starters and sweets were good. Those that had pasta main courses said they were alright but those that had meat dishes said they were terrible. Tough steak and chicken to the extent of some being inedible. The service wasn't good and the manager wasn't interested in complaints. We'll never go there again.

We went as a group of 14 for a work Christmas party, we had pre booked most of the food, however, they were still very accommodating to changes the three course set menu was £28 pee head. We were pleasantly surprised that we had live singers for the evening, it was a great touch. All the food was tasty, starters could of been hotter, but the mains were a good temperature, the restaurant was busy but the staff were not fazed and came back lots of times to check we had everything, and drinks were served promptly. First visit so no pre-expectations. Nice place, excellent efficient service, although we felt a bit rushed because a large party was due soon. Food generally good (though my Calzone could have been warmer) but over priced. Even so to this point we were generally satisfied. Then, suddenly a female singer arrived, with mic and amplifier. She wasn't bad, just so LOUD. It ruined the evening for us and we paid up and left. I'm sorry but this is not some trendy youth oriented venue, it is a family restaurant that does not need that sort of entertainment (or indeed any sort really) A family meal out is all about talking to one another not shouting and struggling to hear each other.

This restaurant is a little gem, it has such a family run vibe. The staff are authentic and the food is excellent. I do really enjoy the pizzas here but my only complaint would be that the tomato base is too sweet. It works for the toppings you offer but I’d love to see more choice of toppings and possibly a choice of a different base sauce, even if you put some more salt to balance the sweetness. Pasta looks nice but I didn’t have any this time. But the desserts were just so good. The staff were lovely, it was a little chaotic and we didn’t really know who our servers were. I have been dining at this restaurant every month since April and it has always been amazing. However, my last visit was disappointing as I had to send my food back. It was tasteless and overly greasy, with the waitress insisting it was butter, not oil, which seemed like a sarcastic response. Despite this, my brother loved the calzone he ordered. They removed the dish from the bill, giving me hope that it was just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit with my Sicilian friend, everything was terrible.
