Good food. Nice and warm and well decorated. Louie was our waiter and was very attentive and friendly.

Nice family friendly pub with nice food : my trip was also made all the better by the wonderful, hardworking barmaid Reese, and her kind co workers.

Totally recommend the pies. They were crammed with filing and really tasty. Staff were really polite, but the service was a little slow, and the veg was luke warm. View menu

Lovely lunch with family, excellent service and the food was all very good, particularly the pies. Love the option of mini pud and coffee perfect finish to the meal.

Met friends for lunch, the food was lovely as were the staff. We were served by Ben and David, who were just so funny and lovely, but not so much that they weren't professional in they way the conducted themselves. We eat here regularly and highly recommend this pub

I was staying in Premierinn next to the old bell on Tuesday 14th November it was a very busy night for all the staff and they done really well under pressure well done to the team i will he coming back hopefull with some work colleagues as i had there new feative menue and it was amazing View menu

About time I wrote a review on this lovely little pub.... Been coming here to the Premier Inn on business for around 6 weeks, mostly with colleagues and occasionally on my own as I did again last night. Our company has been using here for years now. Meals are great and so is the breakfast, which is a godsend first thing in the morning, stay all over the UK and this one is at the top of my list. Great welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff and best of all hot food. David the manager is very friendly, helpful and has a good sense of humour. Keep up the good work team

I have tried just about everything on the menu at The Bell, excluding the breakfast. Food was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully at a fair cost. Staff, I have to say we're amazing. They serve with a smile and always happy to help, which makes the world of difference when you are away from home. I would go as far to say, that it wasn't just our group they had been nice and kind too, as I witnessed a member of staff offering to cook a sausage for a service dog (heart melt moment) Just such a lovely touch and very thoughtful to visiting patrons. Would highly recommend a visit or two.

Where do we start… we turned up waited 5 minutes to be seated when we had already booked. Sat down to order, the place was absolutely freezing! We were given menus straight away, and then had to wait for 20 mins to even have our drink orders taken. Whilst waiting I used their WiFi to find after 5 mins my data has been hacked and I have lost all emails accounts, Facebook and Instagram all hacked and been suspended! We then waited another 20 mins for our drinks to arrive so by this time frozen solid for 40 mins with no drinks! We went to place our order to then be told only 1 roast out of 4 was available… asked if the pie had onions.. never got an answer, just found out it did on its arrival!... View menu
