"beautiful place where we sat down, the decoration was very Moroccan and colorful. eating was amazing, there were 4 of us, so we ordered two of the plates to share as starters that were cooked to perfection. all netzen were excellent we had steaks, lammkofta and chicken kebabs all served with reischips. my only criticism would be that the service was a little on the slow side by saying that it would not stop me going back there. if they are in the opposite, I would recommend this place."

"Very Good" . Located on a side street in the beautiful city of Canterbury. We had several od the daily specials which were very good.

Great food with fantastic choice. Picked from both menus, all 6 of us enjoyed everything. Service was brilliant and fun. Would definitely make a point of going back.

zelt for medium sea mezze plated and was not disappointed. attentive, friendly service. (if there is a good early cleaning to the place, although) would definitely return. so beautiful it had to do twice! back to the same mezze plated and found it reliably consistent. View menu

a few items that are considered vegan, mostly on the Moroccan side, but would be salat on the Italian side. not a large selection usable and although I was able to take the cheese from the pizza and customize the garlic bread to be vegan, felt as if I had to do instead of a fully thoughtful vegan meal

Great atmosphere and delicious food with friendly (if a little slow! service. We went at 5pm when it was quiet and although we were in no rush the gaps between service were noticeable. Having said that, the food was absolutely top notch cooked to perfection with beautiful presentation. We chose the Lebanese menu and I would definitely go back again.

just a few steps and easily visible from the main hike, eating is amazing and the waiter was wonderful. our waitress was new and has just studied at uni, she was absolutely charming. we had a light lunch and weeping into a table. great atmosphere, a perfect stop after going and shopping. beautiful to have a nice moment to rest and recharge. highly recommended. great place to eat. they offer vegan and vegetarian options. the waiter was very friendly and has a great service. they can order Italian or Moroccan food. we ate Moroccan and it was so delicious. the vegetarian plate is so tasteful and quite large. I recommend it. I order as the vegan sweet Moroccan stew. it was so delicious. great place for a date night to go with friends, and family food. we're coming back!

Struggled to find a restaurant with good veggie options in Canterbury and chose the Olive Grove on a whim as they offer Italian/Mediterranean and Moroccan menus (you can pick and choose between them). We weren't disappointed! The veggie options could be better but we managed! Definitely have something with feta the feta was fantastic and the pizza/garlic bread was to die for. Added to lovely food, the service and welcome as brill. Definitely worth a visit!

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
