"During my visit to York last June, my sister and I had breakfast at Olivia's and witnessed an incredible act of kindness by the owner of the café. A homeless woman was in need of help and the staff went above and beyond to assist her. They provided her with a hearty English breakfast, bought her shoes from a nearby store, and made sure she was warm and fed. Despite the woman's inability to communicate, they showed great compassion and tried to determine her origins. My sister and I were deeply moved by their actions and not only enjoyed a delicious breakfast, but also experienced the warmth and care of the staff at Olivia's. We wholeheartedly give them 5 stars, not just for their food and service, but for their genuine kindness and compassion towards others."

*Amazing* deli food and delicious salads. The cakes are fabulous, some of the best in York, and the choice of tea and cold drinks is great. The staff are lovely too!

olivia was the only target for my tee and toast. a super tasty sortiment toast and jam that is flushed down by a beautiful cuppa tea. the personal is great, decorating soothing, how is it not? 10/10 of this old biker :
