"The experience was quite different from my first visit. The draft from the door made it quite chilly inside. The food, as always, was delicious, and the portions were generous. However, we asked for water four times, and the food took 50 minutes to arrive after we placed our order. At one point, we even considered leaving because no one came to check on us during that wait. It was confusing to see other tables being served while we were still waiting, and overall, we didn't feel great about this visit. The staff seemed to be well taken care of. The ambiance was fine."

As you would expect in Brick Lane great Indian food, good friendly service! Nice ambience although a little noisy!

we did not eat in the restaurant, it was very full and overbooked, so we went. but eating in the restaurant looked nice.

the restaurant was closed. there was a problem with the booking system. no reason to put someone out of the restaurant on the basis of the Thai evaluation, as we did not eat there. View menu

I purchased a couple of cakes from their stall in the Boilerhouse—one to enjoy right away and one for later. They were absolutely delicious, artisan cakes, and they also offer raw and sugar-free options!

So much for making a reservation on OpenTable, it was haphazard to say the least, they were just seating people randomly. I will say it was a Saturday night and busy. The food was good but I’ve had better. Service was bad and several of the staff were arguing the entire time I was there.

Unfortunately a lot of people booked at 7pm according to open table there was availability but the restaurant was already full. we waited a long time before being seated and then well over an hour for the drink and food. There were mistakes with the order but we did not want to delay further. The food was nice but would not repeat this View menu

The portions were relatively small, but in the end, we felt satisfied. The set menu offered a starter, a main dish, and rice for just £6.50, which was a great deal. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even though it was the end of lunch service and they appeared a bit tired. Regardless, they made sure to accommodate our needs. The restaurant was clean and one of the most affordable options on the street.

I'm giving this a 5-star rating because I've really enjoyed their vegan macaroons in the past. However, I searched for them all over Brick Lane this week and couldn't find them anywhere. Their website doesn't mention this location, so I suspect it's an outdated listing. It seems you can still order online (which I plan to do), but I think this listing should either be removed or updated to reflect their online store. I've submitted a request for an update for now.
