"I’ve been longing for bistecca alla Fiorentina for years. Finally had one at Paoli and it everything I dreamed of. Our starter of lasagna, not something I normally like, was one of the best three pasta dishes on our trip so far. And the chocolate cake we shared for dessert was to die for. I’m sure there are plenty of steak places in Florence but you won’t go wrong at Paoli."
