"First time using parkwood Chinese, after reading the other reviews I decided to give it a go, from phoning the order through to collecting took only 15 mins, had a lovely chat with lady behind the counter who told me they were just finishing my chips as they half cook them and then complete them when the customer arrives so the chips don’t go soggy. Now let’s get to the food…. The aromatic duck was insanely good shredded perfectly, the chicken balls were amazing, everything down to the rice and chips in bbq sauce was incredible, gutted that I’ve lived down the road 9 years and never been here, I will return…"

I have had many Chinese take aways I live in Sittingbourne but when I visit my son in Rainham I head to this excellent Chinese takeaway The quality of the food is excellent I can highly recommend this Parkwood Chinese Give it a try you won't be disappointed Check the menu out 5*

Made a telephone order to pick up, told 15mins. Got to the takeaway and had to wait a further half an hour because she hadn't actually made the order. Eventually I got the order and went home to find one of what we ordered was wrong. The receptionist obviously can't work under a bit of pressure, get it right it's not hard. PAY ATTENTION !!!!!
