"a very cozy place with a very familiar atmosphere and an unbeatable service. The food is amazing. to highlight the flesh and the crunchy of octopus that is of another world. it is in a very quiet area and next to the courts and the national police station. what started being a bar, it's ended up being a great restaurant that if you don't come in to try it you don't imagine what you can eat there. thanks to the expansion they recently made they have a large dining room that if you don't book before you may be out of place, either for lunch, lunch or dinner. I have been going to Pay-Pay for a lifetime and it is totally recommended."
