Always use pizza Bella for pizza and burgers, best in town wouldn’t go anywhere else

One of the only places that deliver to us in the sticks. Almost always punctual and food is good compared to other similar take aways

I just paid 20 quid for dog food. It was cold, food was disgusting. The platter is NOT a platter, not homemade garlic sauce either. I would have had better with Birds Eye View menu

Ordered for specific time (1:30 after order time) and turned up half hour late barely warm ! Delivery man didn’t even speak just pushed pizza at me and walked off! Mediocre pizza at best

Yes you’ve had a power cut but it would be nice if you let your customer know rather than just refunding them. Sat here Hungry waiting!! Then when I ring up you’re sarcastic and rude. An apology wouldn’t go a miss.

The pizza was at the highest level, the chef is a master!the burger was very tasty, the products are natural, not like at other pizza places, the man who delivered it to me was very kind and respectful, everything was as if it had been taken out 3 minutes ago from the oven, I recommend it to everyone View menu

Disgusted with the service and the way in which I was spoken to by the staff last night at Pizza Bella. My first time visiting and it will most definitely be my last. Complaining of how they don’t have delivery drivers… and I’m not surprised. If they speak to everyone the same way they spoke to me, it won’t just be delivery drivers they don’t have, it will be customers too, especially now that they’re competing with not just dominoes but also the new Papa Johns Restaurant. Manners go a long long way and a few lessons in customer service wouldn’t go a miss.

Ordered from here for the first time and it will be my last solely on the way the owner spoke to me when I picked up the order. When I picked it up after received a phone call ten minutes earlier to say it was ready, the Owner snapped at me saying he called three times and left a voice mail, throwing his hands about. I assured him he called once and left no voicemail, even showed him my call history which he decided he didn’t want to see as he was so adamant he called over and over. Not sure what the actual issue was there as we had already paid. Guy seemed to have a right chip on his shoulder. Got my back right up. Don’t expect to be spoken to like crap. Food was average.
