"We went in on a Sunday at 8.35pm and we were turned away as apparently it was take away only. Even though empty seats all over and it closes at 10pm! Online bookable slots form 8.45pm until 9.30pm. Then called in and checked and they said last orders at 9.15pm and when we told them we had been turned away they stated chef resigned last minute. If that was the case then why were we offered takeaway then!? Absolute joke of a place, service and staff. This chain will not survive with incompetent and useless staff that turn away paying customers because they are too lazy to work hard. We will be taking this complaint to HQ and the local newspaper due to the sheer disrespect and lack of hospitality, in an industry that is supposedly in dire need of customers! Whoever this Charlie manager is, needs to looks at themselves and their staff and make some executive decisions to remove incompetent and rude staff."

Extremely slow service . The chocolate brownie was as hard as a rock ! Asked for a serviette, the waiter got one from another table and threw it at me !!!

After finding 2 long blonde hairs in my pizza, I lost my appetite. They refunded the cost of my pizza, but as far as I was concerned it ruined my sons 18th birthday meal out.

All of our foods ended up being burnt, saw them defrosting some pizzas. We came at about 7:30 and got our starters at 8:30, and we got our desserts at 9:30, staff are just chatting and not helping.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. The waitstaff often make mistakes with orders and frequently forget to bring the drinks you request. If you choose to dine here, be ready for an extended wait for your food.

No complaints about the food. Always enjoy the starters and mains when I go, only issue I’m afraid is the service. The gentleman that served us didn’t crack a smile the whole time! He just came across quite grumpy and abrupt to Be honest. We had a online voucher which we showed him at the start and he said yes that’s fine. When the bill came over, the item was still on there. When we asked about it, He replied abruptly, well you need to do this online! We weren’t told this to start with. We waited ages for them to even attempt to bring the bill and it wasn’t even that busy..service really poor I’m afraid but I can’t knock the food.
