"had a terrible experience in the toro lounge in cirencester where they closed the kitchen before they served our food, so at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday, the 15th april after we did not eat, we went to pizza express know that they would be one of the faster restaurants to eat something. at the arrival we were told that they were closed at 10 o'clock, but after we told them what had happened, the responsible lady said to come in, and she would make sure that her kitchen stayed long enough open to make us pizza. we had first-class treatment of patty and her team there, they were all fabulous and definitely for the previous experience. I had my parents for the weekend and wanted to take them and my children out for dinner and pizza express was great tonight. many thanks to the team there, they have saved our night"

we had an evening a nice meal during the cirencester. although it was very busy, we were well looking for and service time was reasonable. eating was excellent as always.

We had the lovely Molly serve us tonight. She was absolutely fantastic, funny and attentive to our needs so much so she even helped which dessert would hit the spot for us. Service with a smile and nothing was too much. What a star.

had a good time in this pizza express. the staff was friendly, fast and helpful. they managed to burn a pizza, but they replaced it before they even brought it to the table! some of the pizza after delivery. overall they were pretty good!

I haven't been immersed for years because of the pandemic, but I have so many loving memories of this special pizza express. I've been coming here for decades. the national menu has really improved significantly and the personal here is always great. my latest pizza order (black olive, artichoke, red wobble) was delicious!

We visited this restaurant for my daughter's 13th birthday. Upon arriving, we were led upstairs and told that there was no heating. We sat in the cold for 55 minutes before our pizzas finally arrived, only to find that they were burnt. Despite the disappointing quality of the food, I decided to eat my pepperoni pizza without complaint. Unfortunately, my daughter's pizza was lacking in cheese. Pizza Express used to be reliably good, but it seems that something has changed.

Booked a table for Thursday evening after a family day out. The restaurant was busy and our table wasn't ready on time as the prior booking were taking their time. Instead of making us wait around, they opened the upstairs area, needlessly apologising for it being so quiet... No problem for us, we quite like a more peaceful meal out. Staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Replacing my wife's drink for free (and promptly cleaning up) when she accidentally knocked it over.
