"We were in the area and decided to pop into the town to get something to eat and ended up here. The place was busy but we managed to get a table. We ordered food and drinks, I had the 'sloppy giuseppe ' pizza which was really nice, the dough balls were nice, I tried some of the 'pasta bolognese ' which we ordered for child which was nice. We had the garlic oil and chilli oil which one of the staff members just took it off our table without asking whether we had finished with it and we had to ask another member of staff if we could have some garlic oil again. We also had the ice cream from the kids menu which was nice and was proper vanilla ice cream. Overall the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The food was good. The place was relatively clean. If you are in the area and this is a nice place to eat."

We had the lovely Molly serve us tonight. She was absolutely fantastic, funny and attentive to our needs so much so she even helped which dessert would hit the spot for us. Service with a smile and nothing was too much. What a star.

I haven't been immersed for years because of the pandemic, but I have so many loving memories of this special pizza express. I've been coming here for decades. the national menu has really improved significantly and the personal here is always great. my latest pizza order (black olive, artichoke, red wobble) was delicious!

We visited this restaurant for my daughter's 13th birthday. Upon arriving, we were led upstairs and told that there was no heating. We sat in the cold for 55 minutes before our pizzas finally arrived, only to find that they were burnt. Despite the disappointing quality of the food, I decided to eat my pepperoni pizza without complaint. Unfortunately, my daughter's pizza was lacking in cheese. Pizza Express used to be reliably good, but it seems that something has changed.
