"Kleine Karte mit gutbürgerlichen Gerichten, die sanft zeitgemäß interpretiert werden. Super! Saisonal immer wieder einige extra Gerichte. Gute Qualität, frisch, lecker und großzügige Portionen. Nichts schmeckte nach Tüte. Vorweg ein Gruß aus der Küche, der auch richtig gut war. Die für die aktuelle Zeit nicht hohen Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Die Bedienung ist nicht professionell perfekt, sondern individuell und herzlich. Das Ambiente bedeutet eine Zeitreise. Neben dem Restaurant gibt es auch einen separaten Thekenbereich, der aussieht wie früher... vielleicht in den 70ern. Und es gibt einen Tante Emma Laden wie noch früher. Der hat wochentags außer Mittwoch von 8 bis 10 Uhr auf und es gibt dort alles. Ich habe mir fest vorgenommen, an einem freien Tag dort hinzufahren und etwas einzukaufen einfach des nostalgischen Erlebnis wegen."

"Heute hat mich beim Stadtbummel durch Lemgo eine kalte, nasse Windböe wieder einmal in mein neues Lieblingscafé geweht! Das Essen und der kreative Mittagstisch werden Gericht für Gericht frisch zubereitet und heiß serviert. Abgeschmeckt mit vielen tollen Kräutern, liebevoll arrangiert, ist es wirklich ein Genuss dort zu essen und zu verweilen. Sarah hat immer tolle Gerichte auf der wöchentlich wechselnden Mittagskarte, sowie warne Gerichte a la carte und bietet viel Auswahl für Veganer: sowohl bei den angebotenen Gerichten, als auch bei den Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten.Empfehlenswert ist der sonntägliche gemütliche Brunch, mit einem kleinen, aber feinen Buffett mit vielen frischen Zutaten. Damit die Bewertung nicht zu hochkalorisch wird, erwähne ich die frisch gebackenen Kuchen und Torten (immer mit einer veganen Auswahl) nur am Rande! :)Wirklich empfehlenswert! Einmal monatlich findet hier seit Okt 2015 auch der "Vegane Stammtisch Lemgo" statt. Termine auf der HP, oder bei Facebook. Dort ist auch immer die wöchentlich aktualisierte Mittagskarte zu sehen!"

"I was here with a bigger group. The service was very nice and attentive. We didn't miss anything. The food was ordered by the bank. That was really delicious. But as measured in other restaurants, it was rather small portions. I was tired, but I wasn't so tired when I went after dinner. The carving was quite small, but deliciously picked. I had a whole broccoli on my plate. What is of course a favorable filler. But everything in all it was really nice and delicious. And that's what counts. The dessert, chocolate with ice cream was also very delicious. And it's definitely good. I'd go back there, but you can't get the greatest hunger."

"While staying in Holzhausen-Externsteine we were made aware by friends of Restaurant Vesuvio in Lemgo at about 20 kilometers distance. We didn't know Lemgo and since we went there in the evening didn't have the chance to discover that Lemgo is a very old Hanse city.Fortunately we had made a table reservation, because when arriving there on a Saturday evening, people were waiting outside. Not only to take away pizza's, but also to get a table. The place was crowded, so although we had a reservation we had to wait 15 minutes till a table was made ready for us. It's unbelievable to see how many people can be accommodated in Vesuvio. The food, wines and atmosphere is really Italian, which means very good. The portions are very large and real value for money. Staff is very friendly.We will return."

"We like to drive 30 km in La Valle. The ambience is very harmoniously decorated with Mediterranean style. The terrain finishes the style perfectly in summer. The dishes are dressed with love and taste very good every time. Prices are reasonable. The boss is always present to learn about the feeling of the guests. All in all, I can recommend the restaurant. Thanks to the whole team!"
