We had the cecina focaccia like from one of the other reviews on happy cow it was great! Very authentic and rustic little space! felt very traditional and it was delicious.

If you are walking around Pisa, have a break at this pizzeria and ask for schiacciata con la cecina or for quarto di pizza , but be aware that in the pizza they also put anchovies!

The service is extremely rude, super slow (prepare to wait hour), the order came wrong and they make you pay for a lot of stuff that isn't explicit. One of the two pizzas was burnt. View menu

We had 2 pizza there and it was really good. The restaurant was busy, so it is probably popular. Since there was many people we had to wait little bit longer, but waitress was there alone and did his best. We enjoyed it.

This is the best cecina (farinata) I have ever tried. We ate the cecina inside a thin focaccia and we loved it. Great beer as well. It is a small place we sat at the bar and had an amazing culinary experience. It was simply delicious.

Had reasonably high expectations due to the reviews and the recommendations but the food was honestly terrible. I would not recommend it at all. The dough the pizza is cooked on seems more like bread and has an unpleasant taste. Our mains were served at different times so I had finished before my partner had received their focaccia. The focaccia was missing an ingredient and those it did have were not fresh. It's a decent spot for a beer but would not eat here.

Definitely not a neapolitan, the sauce is reasonable but the base is tragic. A doughy deep base disaster. Impressive pizza oven but all the gear, no idea . Ordered 4 pizzas, a bottle of wine, 3 cokes and water. Came to €58, but after the €3 per person tax (50c higher than anywhere else) along with the €7 compulsory service charge (not listed on the main menu but on the menu inside the take away) it came to €77. First meal we 've had in Pisa that had a service charge! Let 's just say there 's far better places. For the money you can have a really nice meal. Contender for the worst pizza in Pisa.

We didn't have anything planned for dinner so found this restaurant on the off chance that they'd have a table available and luckily for us, one opened up just in time. Having had a look through the menu (still using QR codes) we settled on a couple of pizzas, their own labelled beer and some wine. Wine and beer arrived promptly and given how busy it was we expected to wait for the pizza. One thing to note, they come out when ready, not when your table is ready so do be prepared to either 1) eat cold pizza, or 2) watch someone else eat a pizza.
