Si mangia bene, dalla pizza al pesce, e con prezzi adeguati

Ci si mangia benissimo, ma bisogna prenotare perché è sempre pieno.

Locale umile , personale molto gentile e alla mano . Ma il servizio lentissimo. Nonostante ciò , pizza e antipasto mediamente buoni.

Se per avere una cena devi aspettare un’ora senza che il locale sia molto affollato dopo aver prenotato… le cose non vanno bene. Dispiace perché, poi, la cucina è ottima, la cameriera gentile e simpatica il suo impatto positivo sul locale è non meno del 50% del valore dell’intero locale), il locale ordinato e pulito. Peccato il proprietario che accudisce più gli amici che gli sconosciuti. Tornerei? Si ma predisposto meglio alla lunga attesa.

This is a real Italian pizzeria, frequented by locals who appreciate fine food at a reasonable price. The wood-fired pizza here is as good as it gets, and the proprietors are gracious and friendly. The menu has a variety of choices besides pizza. Choices are in Italian, but if you are in Chiesina Uzzanese already, you are probably used to that. The only thing I didn't like is that the olives came with the pits still in them, but that's pretty normal here.

We travelled in Tuscany for 2.5 weeks and our friends brought us here. The seafood antipasto tapas was excellent, and so was the fried calamari/mixed seafood. The grilled seafood was also very good, but my friend said that is was not as good as usual but for us, it was all very fresh. We had to come back a second time, and we had their delicious pizza, the thinnest we had in Italy! We like it with ruccola on top, so we had to ask as it 's not in their menu.
