"For the price you pay for pizza etc the service should be better. We arrived at 5:15pm and were told that only pizza and salad were on the menu. Convenient as we only wanted pizza, although we would have liked an appetizer other than green salad. I ordered two children 's pizzas and two adult pizzas as well as some olives. Children 's pizza arrived about 10 minutes after we ordered, my wife and I sat there waiting for 20 minutes. The waiter came out and told us it was a mistake, the pizza would come immediately. 5 minutes later there was no pizza left so I complained. The manager said to us, Sorry, I thought because you ordered olives you were going to wait a while for the pizza. We waited another 5 minutes for our pizzas, so about 30 minutes total, until the kids were almost there were finished. I 'm not sure how the manager could have thought that a small jar of olives (10 maximum) would be enough for 20 minutes. Anyway, they apologized, the pizza was good, so everything was more or less fine. What really annoyed me, I managed a restaurant in London as a student, the only thing you want to achieve is customer satisfaction. When customers are dissatisfied, you want to make them happy again and compensation is usually necessary for this. I don 't expect free pizza but they even charged us for the olives. Maybe management could think about it if it happens again"

Good pizza, it is expensive. It is right by the hotel Holiday Inn. Would expect a bit more from a so expensive pizza, but still was really good.

Attention? Bad Clarity in their offers? Very bad! Second time I go in 6 years thinking they had improved, unfortunately they even got worse in the service. I will definitely not return to the restaurant in Alfortern am Albis.

We were in Affoltern am Albis. The prices are really extortionate and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. For 3 small cold slices of ham an additional 6 CHF on the pizza. Salad is also overpriced. The food is served carelessly. Tables are too close together so that you can't talk undisturbed and the table next to you is constantly listening.

My husband and I have been eating there for lunch for a long time. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the Miss Italia pizza, which was also bigger and the truffle oil was saved. We had asked for the bill and when after 15 minutes nothing had happened, we pointed out to another waitress that we had to leave and that we were still waiting for the bill and so; yes, that wasn't with me and it just left... so I had no desire to work. In general it was a very strange climate. Very unfortunate...

The main reason we dined here was that it was close to our hotel. We were seated very quickly by the attentive host, who was very friendly. Our server, Ruben, was excellent. He was positive, helpful, polite, and professional, as he served our food as soon as it was ready, and made sure our needs were met. Ruben has a great, genuine smile. Our food was above average. My spouse’s pizza margherita had a nice crust, a good amount of sauce and cheese, and drizzled oil on top. My lasagna was light, which was nice because usually most places serve very heavy pasta, meat and sauce that can make anyone uncomfortable for the rest of the night. The cheese sauce on he side was fantastic and went well wi...

"As previously mentioned, I 'm American. We pride ourselves on our steaks, hamburgers, etc. Meat, in general, is something we tend to love. Even after almost a decade in Europe, I crave a good steak once in awhile. Sadly, Germany (our previous home), has not so good beef as it tends to be tough and small. We 'd had numerous people mention the Restaurant Bahnhof and it 's crazy busy almost any time you pass by the place. It 's directly across from the Mettmenstetten Bahnhof so it 's really hard to miss. The place is very nicely decorated in and out. The use a real grill set up indoors and out in the open where everyone can see it. Our reservation was for 19:30, so, when we walked in it was the tail-end of the mid-week dinner rush. The place, as usual, was full. We were quickly seated and the waitress came and gave us menus, a suggested wine list and asked (in brutal Schwiezer Deutsch) if we 'd like an Aperitif. We had to question her a couple of times what she was asking but we got it, finally. My wife and I chose different cuts of beef from their menu which offers multiple types of meat in gradually larger cuts. They also have fish, salads, etc. Everything seems to come Ala Carte but at least that way, you get exactly what you want. My wife chose a 200 gram and I a 300 gram cut. I also asked for a baked potato and she, the grilled veggies. Our drinks came along with a glass of wine for each of us and we were off and rolling. Not long after, our food arrived and it was perfectly prepared. We 'd both asked for medium-rare and it was exactly that. My potato was large and covered with herbed sour cream and my wife had a large plate of veggies. He happily munched away until we were both pretty stuffed. However, I wanted to try their deserts. The thickly accented waitress brought us desert menues (they have half a dozen deserts and a few types of ice cream and sorbets). I chose a Vanilla ice cream dosed in Jack Daniels. When it came, the waitress brought the bottle of Jack and poured it over my ice cream. I have to admit, I 've never been a fan of American whiskey so it 's my fault but I 'd kind of thought the ice cream would cut the sharpness of the whiskey leaving a nicer flavor. It was 'my favorite '. Again, my fault, not theirs. When the bill came, we were both a bit surprised (yes, we 're new here). In the end, for the small-ish meal and no bottle of wine, the bill tip came to about 200 Francs. OUCH! We 'll go back again, but it 'll definitely be a 'special occasion ' sort of place for that kind of money. Hey, I have a really nice grill at home. I just need to find the meat and potatos to put on said grill. The last couple of thoughts. It 's loud in there... the walls are brick and concrete and there 's nothing to muffle sound. Be warned. It 's also quite warm due to the big grill and the large number of people. Lastly, they seem to stop serving early. I believe that our meals were some of the last of the evening and we were served before 20:00 so plan to be there early."
