Food was excellent and service was fantastic, Staff very kind and friendly, family lunch was the best we had for long time

Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch in Prezzo, all of the staff made us feel so welcome, there was plenty of choice including a detailed list of allergens, and the food was excellent great ingredients and well prepared.

We are regulars at Fleet restaurant and the food is always great with a lovely ambience. Service is quick with friendly staff, especially Bence and Molly who are both excellent. Highly recommend. P.S. Their Carbonara is to die for!

Just like the review before, last night was quite chaotic. It was extremely busy and it was clear that the staff and kitchen were overwhelmed. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our main course, and unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. It didn't resemble the menu description in either appearance or taste. Great food and good service from the very busy staff, but the noise! Not sure I've ever eaten in such a noisy restaurant. At first, we thought it was because most of the tables had young children at them, but even when these had gone, we still had to pretty much shout to be heard. Banal Radio 1 style music through the speakers made it worse. Not a relaxing meal in the slightest.

I was not impressed at all with this restaurant experience. We had made a reservation for 8 o’clock, and arrived at 7:55. Despite being there on time, we were made to wait until 8:20 with no communication from the staff. Eventually, we decided to leave as we were being ignored. I understand that it was New Year’s Eve, but being completely disregarded by the staff was rude and unprofessional. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Six of us travelled over from Farnham to try out Prezzo in Fleet. What a great choice it turned out to be. We had a table booked on Friday Night 19th August. The food we had was simply divine and we all had superb meals. Drinks are also very reasonably priced and as usual we made good use of the bar offerings. We were here for 3 hours and really lost track of time. Before we new it our taxi was waiting for us all. We all really enjoyed the whole experience. The atmosphere was superb as were the staff who served us.
