Really impressed with our last visit in Prezzo Mill Hill, staff really friendly and the outside area tidy and nice.

Today, my partner and I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. We were most impressed by the friendly staff, incredible cocktails, and delicious food.

The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients, and the restaurant's decor is charming. It can be challenging to secure a table without a reservation, so it's recommended to book in advance. View menu

The food was amazing, hot, smelt and tasted great! The service was brilliant and the staff where very friendly even though they where very busy. Would definitely order again from Prezzo in staines.

Visited here again after many months. Alba the star manager was again running a smooth show. With the restaurant buzzing. Food excellent matched with excellent effiency.. Highly recommend . Prezzo senior management please take note alba is an asset to your company and works tirelessly...to keep everyone happy.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I had to inquire about where to eat after waiting nearly 10 minutes for their appetizer. The child's pizza arrived after my pasta main dish. The pasta was cold, so I had to return it to be reheated. No staff member checked in on our table to see if we needed anything. However, the food quality was good. The portions were generous. avoid this place! we came an hour before the kitchen closed at 10 o'clock, but wanted a quick meal so that didn't think there was a problem. the ordered wee and there are only 2 roses, where from my partner ordered the sweet, as confirmed by the...Assistent manager who served us. the appetizers were ok, but the most important courses were ruined by most chili they had ever seen. I had crabs and lobster ravioli and partner had lachs penne. we have tried to enjoy it and remove the chilis, but none of us could taste something as the munde burns. had to leave and be late to reorder. not that the assistent or waiter were at all attentive. dreadful service they had obviously played mentally before...

I've been to various prezzo a few times and I've always found the food and service great. we came to the Mühlenberg branch last Thursday and it was incredibly busy in all fairness it was the night before ostern Friday. we were brought to a table in the corner and we could hardly hear how it was so loud. the service was terrible. we ordered in the app as we were told, and although our drinks came within 10 minutes after 50 minutes our appetizers were not yet there and it was impossible to get the personal, so we had to get up twice and go to the bar to ask them. I went to Mill Hill Prezzo with my family and friends today, and honestly the experience I had was absolutely terrible! Firstly, we had to ask for a table, and we specifically wanted it outside. But when we asked for a table, the waiter said...that they couldn’t give us a time when the table will be available… then when they left, that’s when they asked if we’d like to sit inside. We couldn’t as we had two vulnerable people in our group with us who were at high risk of COVID. Then we specifically requested outside, and we just sat down ourselves.
