"I have not tried all the Ramen restaurants in Madrid, but this has become one of the best. Exquisite food, very attentive service and a new and beautiful place. The spectacular Tantanmen although I was left wanting more (they let you know that it is less than the rest of the ramen because it does not have broth) The quimchi one is very rich and the yuzu cheesecake is also very rich and fresh"

Ideal place to have ramen. We tried the vegetarian and we were surprised by its flavor. Highly recommended. We also ordered the Japanese-style tomato sauce, which although small, I recommend trying it for its fishy taste. They also give you a jug of cold water. We will repeat.
