A treat! A nice surprise discovered during our trip to Minerve that enchanted us. A gastro, fresh and tasty cuisine, a pleasant service, and a view from the terrace. We had a great time.

Excellent table. Entrees, dishes and desserts made home, remarkable. Excellent reception. Table not to be missed in the region. Book in high season several days in advance (this is really good sign).

this is a beautiful restaurant with magnificent views from the terrace to accompany delicious food. in nearby homps on a very hot day (41c) we were not sure whether the lunch was a good idea, but we loved it beautiful, imaginative, tasty dishes and a...big team.

excellent restaurant with excellent service and eating. the personal is friendly and warm. there are several pictures of the food and well justified. the restaurant is dog friendly, (we had a golden one sitting under our table) on the terrace. if you can take a table at the edge of the terrace with a view of the shlucht. we go back to this restaurant.

With my friend, we're having fun. The next day, we took my daughter, my son-in-law and my two little girls. Everyone was enchanted. They come from the region, but they didn't know. local products, elaborate cuisine, gourmet, than good surprises, a warm welcome, and a very beautiful setting. I'll tell you. I'll trust you when I'm around. Don't change and especially no star in the guide. You're better.

We've been here for two years! And we'll be back. The quality of the products is there and the staff with small onions with us! If I have to recommend a place to my entourage to try it is the relay Chantovent! of what to treat, change and spend a pleasant moment! No long or fast service, just what it takes. What a splendid terrace overlooking Brian's Gorges. Too bad that the orange canvas that protects from the sun does not allow to make correct photos. The kitchen is inventive, the ratio quality friendly price (menus to 29 and 44€ . Salted money served at the aperitif was well realized with its onions, spices and grilled poppy. My tataki tuna was perfect and I highly recommend it. The chocolate cast was accompanied by a homemade hazelnut ice cream and it was excellent.
