"we were today 18:30 in family (3 persons) at marco polo trattoria on the birthday of our now 7 year old son.It was our first visit and we were curious what is expected.After a warm welcome and personal space assignment to our reserved table (recommended), we were waiting for the wait after the drink order with a grussian from the kitchen (crostinis we can only find positive cakes. Even the extra desire of our sohne after a candle on its pizza was met. his salamipizza was decorated with a wonderful candle.The children's eyes have radiated, and the parentheart has made joyful jumps.We can say...a great evening with style, taste and great service. We'll be back!"

I must admit that I had no great hopes to get a fantastic Italian in grimma (don't know why), but it was fantastic. very nice atmosphere, wonderful service, great wine selection and super tasty eating to reasonable trips.

Wir sind heute aus Berlin angereist und trafen uns aus Anlass unseres Diamanten Hochzeitstages zum Abendessen mit unserer Familie im Restaurant Marco_Polo_Trattoria in Grimma und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch sehr gut gegessen, Welch ein Glück, dass wir online einen Tisch vorab reserviert hatten, denn das Restaurant war total ausgebucht. Und das alleine spricht für das Restaurant!!! Immer wieder sehr gerne!!!

Das Restaurant wird seit vielen Jahren von einem sehr herzlichen Eheleuten betrieben. Das Essen empfinde ich als sehr wohl Schmeckend und frisch zubereitet. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die Auswahl von diversen Beilagen und die kreativ angerichteten Speisen. Alles wird aus eigener Hand gefertigt und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis vernünftig. Als Fazit kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der mal in der Nähe ist einen Abstecher dorthin zu machen. View menu

the decision to drive to grimma in sachsen was spontaneous, but absolutely correct. so we ended up in the marco polo. Now what is there short and short to say about this restaurant?- that eat is not good, it is ingenious.- the service is friendly and very attentive,- the ambiente .. small, cozy, quiet and interesting - just to feel good.- the price/performance ratio absolutely appropriate. We felt like in the 7th sky and were really happy. So if they come through grimma and have starved, then they come into the marco polo, it is worth all the cases.

In dieser Trattoria stimmt einfach alles: Angefangen vom Ambiente sowohl in der Gaststube als auch auf der Terrasse, über den zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und schnellen Service bis hin zum leckeren Essen. Die Preise fanden wir durchaus angemessen (der Kritiker von letzter Woche sollte vielleicht Preisentwicklung beachten und mit offenen Augen durch die Restaurantlandschaft gehen, dann würde er merken, dass einige Preise sogar unterhalb des derzeit üblichen Preisniveaus liegen). Wir möchten uns für den wunderbaren Abend bedanken und kommen gern wieder.
