"we had lunch in the auberge of clef in lugnorre in the middle of the wine region vully. we had an salat and suppe as appetizers. both were excellent. after that we had derecôte as the main court. the meat was very delicate, boiled. perfect and it came with a delicious butter and crimson sauce, spinat and pommes allumettes. this dish was very tasty and the portions were great. also the desert was very nice, the white and red wines we had were local. service was very friendly and efficient. a highly recommended restaurant!"

"My wife and I have ate at the Restaurant Bel-Air early on in a month long holiday in Switzerland from the UK. We liked it so much we went there five times in all. This restaurant deserves special mention, in our opinion, for the consistency of its service and quality of food. One of the best meals I've eaten anywhere was their Marmite, a steaming fish soup with rice on the side and a most generous quantity. Then next time I had the rack of lamb and, wow! Lean, just pink in the centre and with a delicious gravy. The selection of five vegetables did credit to this being an intensive agricultural area, too. Service has been consistently attentive and professional. On one of our visits we were served by a young trainee. I was no less impressed partly because she was obviously so keen to please but also because I could see she was being closely supervised. Certainly the restaurant has always been busy in the time we have been coming. I would probably avoid lunches as they appear to cater for packaged trips of elderly people arriving by ferry. Evenings are busy, too, though with local couples and families making for a more relaxed setting. The inside dining room is quieter than the terrace though without air conditioning was rather warm on one of our visits."

"We came in spontaneously for lunch. Starters were amazing best fois gras I ever had with truffles and figgs. For maincourse we had housemade wildgarlic gnocchis and my boyfriend had fresh shrimp from the region with hummus and asparagus. I can tell you these gnocchis were very unique, inside still soft and super tasty and with spicy sauce. Shrimps and the lemon hummus absolute perfection. I expected here to be honest some easy basic dishes, but not gourmet flavors. Big compliment to the chef. For dessert we had a surprise, coffee with homemade vermicelles, was super delicious. All together we had an amazing time here very cute and unique restaurant. Thank you very much. Merci beaucoupe."

"went to Restaurant Anatolia as my friend recommended it. First impression: very beautiful and oriental decoration. The owner was nice and attentive. He tried to explain and help the guests through the menu. Other emplyees didnt even bother to say hi nor bye.The dishes were nicely decorated but I have to admit, it was not much in the plate. A bit of rice, yoghurt and an eggplant filled with minced meat. And yet totally overpriced for something you could get in Istanbul for not even half the price. so my own conclusion: its nice to have something else than only döner but really not for that price!!"

"Das Restaurant des Hôtel de l'Ours gehört zu jenen vielen Schweizer Ausflugsrestaurants, deren Küche nicht mit der idyllischen Lage mithalten kann. Der Garten des Restaurants gleich am Broye-Kanal ist idyllisch. Es gibt einen schönen Teich mit Fröschen und Karpfen und einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch das Innere des Restaurants ist bürgerlich, behäbig, schön. Davon lebt das Restaurant. Das Essen hält mit der guten Lage - wie so oft in der Schweiz - nicht mit. Die Vorspeise (Lachs) war zweifelhaft. Der Lachs fett und praktisch geschmacklos. Der Hauptgang sehr klassisch. Ein dickes Stück Rindfleisch, absolut 08/15 in dieser Preislage, Gemüse wie weltweit trauriger Standard. Und gute, kleine Polenta-Stücke. Das Dessert war fein - aber Mövenpick-Glace haut mich halt nicht aus den Socken. Der Espresso wiederum eher schwach. Landbeiz. Über den Wein kann ich nichts sagen."
