"I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. I made the reservation on the phone and they didn't explain well what time I got into my room. I arrived before 14:00 and my room was not ready but when it was a wedding they made exception and assigned me another room. at the reception were very friendly and immediately solved the problem. you can register at any time (the day of your check-in) but you do not have the room available until 14:00. is paid upon arrival, which expedited my departure, although they were attending someone else who could leave the keys at reception and leave. As for the room, it was very spacious and you could see the suites that are also very spacious, beautiful and with views. It is not a modern hotel, but has all the amenities, it is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is also in the center of durango, in 5 minutes you reach everywhere. location could not be better."

"Para tomar un algo, un café, a la noche el exterior con las luces... el sitio es chulo Antes de comer hemos pedido rabas, suponíamos que eran congeladas, pero es que las hay muy buenas, pero me han resultado grasientillas y con rebozado gordo La comida en plan raciones, sin más, mala no, pero muchos comparten mismas cosas: pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeño... Pero independientemente de esto, sin cohetes, no es lo que más atrae del lugar. Y supongo que aquí habrá opiniones para todos los gusto, pero nos ha sobrado una hamburguesa, hemos preguntado si nos la podían poner para llevar. No hay problema pero pagas 1€ por el mítico envase finito de poliespan. A mi me parece un detalle feo, a mi.... Y luego ya, aunque no dependa de ellos, el volumen de algunos colegas al hablar, en fin... pero precisamente por ser coleguitas, se les podría decir tío, baja el tono , que no estamos solos. "Habíamos estado hace un año y no vimos la misma cantidad o calidad de la comida, una lástima porque el lugar valía la pena pero no sé qué pasó. Puse tres estrellas porque la comida era demasiado salada y la calidad del precio me parecía desagradecida, pero vale la pena señalar que había un menú bastante amplio con diferentes opciones y la velocidad de traer platos, aunque habría sido agradecida más simpatía de una de las meseras, espero que esté de vuelta como era antes.."
