"we have been received in the restaurant very unfriendly. with the order of eating everything worked very well. but after that we had to wait about 30 minutes for eating, although the restaurant at this time was perhaps about half loaded. when the food came, my friend noticed a hair in the food after some time, which was not somewhere on the food but in the middle. she complained this, she was offered a new food but of course she rejected it as the appetit passed away.We asked about the bill and the food taken back from the restaurant was also prescribed. we asked if we had to pay this, it was almost not eaten there was a hair in it. the waitress said in a very unfriendly ton that they don't know and we should wait for the chef who is back in about five minutes. Sehr freche Bedienung hat nicht nachgefragt ob wir Dessert wollen und hat das essen trinken etc. einfach hingeschmiessen und man konnte nicht einmal seperat zahlen. Das essen jedoch war OK aber auch nicht gerade aussenordentlich.

Überfordertes Personal, keine Schutzmassnahme gegen Covid 19, unser Tisch wurde von den Vorgängern direkt an uns weiter gegeben, weder Geputzt noch Desinfisziert. Abstände werden auch auf der Terasse nicht eingehalten. Das essen selbst war ok.

I will avoid this restaurant. We had to wait a long time for our food. I had to look for the meat for my Spaghetti Bolonese. After my complaint I got a gravy boat with a lot of sauce, unfortunately the same sauce as on spagetti. Real packet food, no taste. I had actually tomato spagetti. Luckily there was cheese and a pepper mill to spice things up. Not recommended at all... never again!!!

We were served very friendly. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered a green salad, a minestrone and a fitness plate with chicken. The soup was bland. The two salads were out of the bag, the carrots were very dry (not fresh) and the salad dressing wasn't homemade either. Luckily there was olive oil and balsamic vinegar to spice it up. The chicken was beyond good and bad. Very, very dry. I assume it was pre-cooked and reheated in the microwave. It doesn't work at all. A careless arrangement of the ingredients.
