"Strongly not recommended: with a group of friends we decided to eat at La Barcaccia at lunch time. Once welcomed we were brought a mixed starter to share with the table, not requested by us. Subsequently we decided to order a dish each, between first and second courses one of these was exchanged with an unrequested dish, and one of the diners, who had asked the waiter for the offered side dishes, was no longer brought Nothing. At the end of lunch, after having ordered four coffees and just one dessert, we showed up at the counter for the bill where we were informed that we would have to pay €25 each, i.e. the price presented on the menu for the menu of the day of which I attach photos, and they do not represent what we had consumed. When asked for the receipt, the owner initially rails against us, justifying the price for the six mandarins that were brought to our table (without us asking), eventually deciding to lower the bill to €20 each. Despite the discount, the staff continues to respond, telling us verbatim We earned it anyway in an arrogant tone. The only positive side was the average food and the very friendly young waiter. Not recommended, they offer us lentils and croutons (leftovers from New Year's Eve) while waiting for dinner, then they make them pay, among other things a very high bill, it seems bad if they take advantage of tourists. Never again. Food: 3 Service: 3

Very very welcoming location, the owners are kind, friendly and hospitable as are all the other staff. Really quality food (excellent wild boar stew and typical local pasta strangozzi with artichokes). Moderate prices. We ate in this place and tried our luck a bit since it was late and all the other restaurants, being almost 3pm on a Monday, were either unconvincing or closed. It couldn't have been better, it's been a long time since we ate in such a good restaurant. Despite the hour, the owners welcomed us very warmly, with truly delicious food, every dish they brought us was better than the last, leaving each of us amazed. I have no memory of the last restaurant from which I left so completely satisfied. Quality/price more than excellent. Excellent experience, highly recommended. We will definitely be back. "nice and neat, nothing special about furniture and tables. the service, although basic, enough, certainly to increase the staff as in today's day of 25/04 to lunch the room was full and with only two waiters to manage the room. It is very negative that we found me and my boyfriend is on the food, meat appetizer and cheeses very squeezed and not suitable for two people, surely you could specify or in any case the waitresss since we were in two could recommend it, however the important price. as main dish we chose a type of wagyu meat “Kob type” from 600 grams, shortly after the waitress, we warn that unfortunately the cut was made “a little bigger” and you could think of a maximum of 50 grams 100 grams, instead they were 200 grams according to them even if after the receipt we did not pay for 800 grams but for 850 as theetto costs 7€ but on the receipt instead of 56€. we find an incorrect behavior towards the customer as the meat is sold to the teat and for our opinion of non-butchers we are sure that a 250 grams error is not only for a restaurant that boasts the best types of meat in the area, industry experts as they say. Unlike other restaurants specializing in various types of meat, when you order a sort of fine meat, how the wagyu should be seen the uncooked piece before cooking, what was not done, as a customer how you can understand what kind of meat is eating if you do not see raw? we also wanted to go back with friends not in the place to make it try a reality in Abruzzo, but seen how the lunch went we will stay away."
