The restaurant was at best badly decorated, the food was OK but the waiter wasnt rude per say but he seemed like he was annoyed by our presence and like he was doing a favor serving us our orders. Also his english was very bad....It really was a mood killer. Will not visit again even though the food was ok.

Was at a show in the Messe so the restaurant was very busy. Good wholesome Italian food served in a large busy dining room. Nice atmosphere. Maybe it was just too busy (we had a reservation thankfully) but the waiters were a little too rushed...and mildly rude. Don't like to mark it down on that but doesn't quite get 5 Stars.

we ended our Sunday with an evening meal in neptune. eating is very good, the prices are very correct. however, our status was as a simple tourist, although we could a little German, a handicap. not directly on the terrace and we had to weep to get the attention of a waiter - a pity, because the price-performance ratio is excellent
