"We were there with 9 people, very friendly staff, unfortunately only men, except for the pretty woman behind the counter.As a greeting from the kitchen there was a small pizza, half kind of carpaccio and margherita, best dough I had eaten so far.As a starter fresh German stone mushrooms were offered with noodles.Haben some took.I had a starter dish, small but fine. She looked good, she said a little dry.A friend had calf liver, unfortunately a little cold.My neighbor had calf fillet with mosquitoes and supplements. Saw good, slightly small max. 100 g. He was satisfied.I had calf velvet with fresh pawlings and roast potatoes.Great portion, but totally unbalanced.A friend had napkin with leaf spinach and potatoes. Have eaten the rest of her, even that all unbalanced.We have dried great white wine, name I could not remember. Could have been a Sauvignon Blanco. Very fine.We then had to go without dessert.The place was well visited all tables occupied.What is wrong is the price/performance ratio .All main foods greater 37€ 40€Only noodle dishes, from 16€ one), the other >20€But a very nice evening, friends met. Tolles Lokal, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Essen einwandfrei. Wir waren sieben Personen und bekamen alle gleichzeitig das essen serviert.Da komme ich gerne wieder!

Schönes Restaurant, aber das Essen ist eher geschmacksneutral, ohne nachwürzen kaum essbar. Die Preise unverschämt. 2 Garnelen mit Bandnudeln und in Wasser, ohne Gewürze, gekochter Brokkoli und Karotten für 39. 50€ ist schon eine Frechheit. Für mich kein Besuch wert. Sonderwünsche werden gerne entgegen genommen und umgesetzt. Die Portionen sind groß, sie Speisen liebevoll zubereitet und alles schmeckt hervorragend. Kartenzahlung möglich. Das Roma eine Institution in Mutterstadt leider überbewertet für viele Gäste ein Top-Restaurant, das weit über die Grenzen von Mutterstadt bekannt ist. Irgendwie hat es für uns nicht gestimmt: Nudeln fast kalt, Sauce nur sehr schwach gewürzt, Eihülle vom Kalbfleisch viel zu dick, Beilagen (Gemüse) ohne jegliche Würze Espresso sowie Cappuccino nur lauwarm Service: Es wurde nicht auf die Getränkekarte hingewiesen, Teller über den Tisch gereicht „geben Sie das mal bitte weiter“ bei diesem Preisniveau erwarte ich gelernten Service. Es wurde auch nicht nach weiteren Wünschen gefragt. Wir sahen auf dem Trockenen Nachtisch wurde auch nicht angeboten. Wirklich willkommen haben wir uns nicht gefühlt.
