"Honestly, if I wasn 't with people I enjoyed this review would have been much worse. I 've come to not expect much from the service industry in Germany but there 's a difference between cultural service attitude and just poor planning to make more money. This restaurant tries to pack SO MANY people in and can 't accomodate the guests they have. We waited entirely too long to even order drinks and after that drinks would either come right away or just not at all, causing us to remind our waitress who then brought our drinks. That being said when it came time to pay the bill she was saying we ordered more than we did and becoming defensive when we corrected her over what we actually ordered. Service: D+ Food. I 've had better. It wasn 't bad by any means (My Pizza Tonno tasted good) but I just feel that the food has to be GREAT if people are packing into a place. It just could have been better and having the bad service on top just didn 't do anything for the mediore food. Food: B At the end of the day I won 't come back here nor would I reccomend this place. It 's just not worth the money and the hassle. I 'd rather go to Vapiano where the food is a bit better (if not the same) and I get what I want when I want with no expectation."

riva has an ok pizza but not extraordinary (and a bit overpriced, f.ex 9,25 euro for a pizza with ham and mushroom). We have tried it twice and both times it was not well done in the middle, still too wet. The pasta is also ok but the portions should have been bigger.

Really excellent pizza. I had the Diavolo, nice thin crust, good sauce the pepperoni could have bene a bit hotter, but that's purely a taste thing. Staff a super friendly and very accomodating if you have a baby plus kinderwagen. Good sized restaurant that's never overly full that you feel pressured to move on as soon as you've finished your meal. Great for quiet Sundays when all you wanna do is chillout have a pizza and a beer with the family.
