"We had reservation for four people but unfortunately a friend could not make it and this upset the staff who told us that we should have called and informed them. This is already a turn off. How could we predict such situation? While waiting for the staff to take our order, a friend pull out his “Essen gehn!” booklet and again we were being lectured that we should have mentioned the book when we reserved the table and because we didn’t mention it, they refused to take the book. Which should be totally fine if the attitude of the staff is much better. The only happy staff that night is Diana, the young Latvian lady who gave good positive energy in the room. The food was good but if one was not treated well by the staff, one wonders why should bother to come back."

Finally we had the chance to have dinner at the Enoteca and were not disappointed. They seem to have 3 dining rooms: the main one by the entrance, another one in the back and another one with a large table. The decoration is traditional with a nice atmosphere. Service is very friendly and easy going, but it was a bit sloppy. The food was good: we pasta as starter (good flavors, but al dente to the limit) and venison (solid dish). The wine list has many options at fair restaurant prices. Overall, a good experience.
