The customer service was helpful, warm and friendly. The restaurant offered a dedicated gluten free menu. The food was lovely. I would definitely recommend visiting.

Hadn’t been in a while and tried it for breakfast/ scones. Bacon butties went down a treat My scone with cream and jam was worried that the scone was not sweet, but when everything taken together perfect balance Great coffee

This eaterie is very central and within 2 minutes’ walk of a car park. Staff are excellent and the food is both fresh and tasty. Very pleasant, unique decor. We’ve only had coffee and scones but if all looks good. We’ll be back. View menu

This is my go to stop when shopping in Coleraine. The menu is plentiful with tasty and fresh ingredients. I opted for the ploughman’s sandwich. The taste and flavours were outstanding. Best I’ve ever eaten. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

I love this cafe, very tasty meals. Especially the soups. Had goujons today they were so tender juicy. My son loves the chowder. For coffee scones it’s great too, fabulous white chocolate raspberry scones too. Can be busy at lunchtimes on the weekend but it’s popular for a reason! View menu

We visited here yesterday for lunch due mainly to all the reviews that I had read about it. It really was excellent we were in a bit of a hurry as I had an appointment an hour later but all food arrived quickly and was superb in quality and portion size. We ordered vegetable soup which was served with two types of bread, and an open prawn sandwich. Staff were friendly and everything looked marvellous especially the tray bakes. We will definitely return after this first experience.

"Visited lost Found in Portstewart last Friday afternoon for some lunch. Checked the outdoor menu which stated food served until 3.30pm. Went ahead on inside. Started to briefly read the menu at the till as aware from previous visits that you order on arrival yourself at the counter. Was told by the female counter staff that we had 8 minutes to place our order and to take the menus to the table. We did this. Then when we said excuse me to the same member of staff, from our table, that we’d like to order, we were told we had to come back to the till. This made no sense whatsoever. From the moment we stepped in and were told that we had 8 minutes to order should have been the red flag I guess. Friday afternoon, not long till closing, they just didn’t want to be bothered prepping two rounds of food, The two members of staff in the premises had the worst attitude and no ounce of personality to be in the role that they are in. Every thing seemed to be a complete bother. May I also add, the food was very skimp, re portion sizes plus they seem to care more about the presentation than the food itself re the logo branded paper underneath the food. Try attempting to cut sourdough bread on this, not easy unless you want a mouthful of paper. Then when it comes to hot drinks, no sugar or milk provided. Yet again had to approach the till and ask for these to be provided with milk in a paper cup yet another couple had a glass jug of milk on their table (less dishes to wash I guess) and no white sugar at all, had to make do with brown sugar for tea. When asked for refills of hot water we were given a half full glass of this and then when asked for it to be filled up, yet again a whole botheration. Oh and don’t even get me started on the toilet facilities. Dingy to say the least. The premises in portstewart should never have reopened when it did as Lost and Found, previous owner/cafe was far more superior in all ways. Will not be back"
