"Visited Royal China, Harrow 14th July, apart from no table linen, food was really tasty and was happy to return which we did 22nd August, did we walk into a different restaurant? The service was awful, i have never been a Chinese restaurant where you do not get complimentary prawn crackers, even when ordering a take away you always get prawn crackers on the house. Sad to say that Royal China have dispensed with that tradition, we got charged for prawn crackers. The food this time round was dreadful, luke warm, bland, the shredded crispy beef was shredded chewy beef, no birds nest as advertised. What a public display of penny-pinching, it was truly pitiful, charge for prawn crackers, no table linen, not even a napkin, only a small paper thing. One has to ask, if they are penny-pinching in public, what penny-pinching are we not seeing? one can only speculate, could explain only being awarded a 4 on the green sticker???? We shall give this place a wide berth."

Excellent Chinese food, especially the dim sum. This place has been consistently excellent over the years, great to see it hasn’t changed!

This restaurant has terrible service. The staff are rude and inattentive. I will never return here again, unless you have at least two hours to spare waiting for your food.

They managed to find the smallest plates on market to buy so they can serve the mains. We paid 75 pounds for white rice and tea and for that reason- its hard to justify to ever plan to have our dinner there ever again.

Chinese food is 2nd to none in Harrow. we always have a mix of appetizers and dim sum my mouth is watering now at the thought of their excellent prawn dim sum! Service is efficient polite but not over friendly, which is fine by me

The food was enjoyable, but nothing out of the ordinary. The service and atmosphere were average. The portion sizes were small and the prices were quite high. Overall, there was a noticeable cheapness in the establishment that left a negative impression. Lacking table cloths, napkins, small portions, and expensive dishes.

Had a great time at Royal China in Harrow! They treated us to a fantastic Lion Dance Performance for Chinese New Year, which was very entertaining. The children received soft Dragon toys as gifts. Everyone in our group loved the food, and the service was quick. As we left, we were given Fortune Cookies and sweet Clementines. Thank you to Ming, the manager, for a wonderful evening on February 16, 2024.

Ordered a takeaway on New Year's Eve. Lousy service. It took about an extra hour on top of the allocated time. Kept extending the time by 10mins and 10 mins and 10mins........When finally collected the order, half was warm and another half hottish The prices were extortionist and the portion size was reduced to less than two-thirds full. Not impressed and would never go there again, Very Disappointed.
