"We order from here every week and the last few times the food has been sub par, it’s been cold and chips have been so undercooked however we gave them the benefit of a doubt but tonight was the final straw, the chips was under cooked, the onion bhaji’s and pakora’s was cold the curry had been overfilled and leaked all in the bag and the Pakora box was even sealed properly (as you can see in the photos. It’s such a shame because the food used to be lovely, the drivers are always friendly. The restaurant did pick the order back up and give us a refund and an offer was made for a new order but at 8:45pm I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes. Had this had been 2 months ago I would have highly recommended but now I unfortunately wouldn’t."

I had a lamb dupiaza from here last night and I can honestly say it was one of the best I've had. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good Indian meal at a fair price.

Not eaten here for over ten years but thought we’d give it a try as our regular Indian just isn’t as good anymore. Service was great and food was excellent, we’d highly recommend Rubeez and will return.

Order takeaway, told about 45 mins after waiting nearly hour and half decided to cancel just before it arrived. When plated up it was stone cold. Phoned to complain told next time you order will give you a discount. Don't think will be ordering again

The waiter was impolite and unresponsive, the food was served cold, and our party of 10 adults and 5 children only received some of the starters we ordered. While the food at this restaurant is typically enjoyable, our experience on the night of October 28th was extremely disappointing.
