Rustington Manor - Menu

Thank you for providing such a brilliant venue, food, drink and atmosphere for our party. Wonderful.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, and the Conservatory was a nice touch. There is also a cozy snug bar where you can relax and choose your menu.

Have been to Rustington Manor a few times in the past and have been very satisfied every time with the lovely food but after the new owners/management change our recent visit was very disappointing. View menu

Right from booking our party, staff were very accommodating and helpful. When told it was a 65th Blue sapphire wedding anniversary, they offered to put out appropriate coloured serviettes and allowed us to put some bunting up to decorate the room.

It was my wife’s birthday and I found this lovely hotel by chance. It was a great find as the location is ideal and near the high street with our evening meal not far , as for the hotel ken made us feel so welcome it’s such a shame he’s retiring thankyou again

A lovely spot near the centre of the village and only a short stroll to the beach. You can even spend a night or two. Ambiance very nice and so were the staff. Though we did find the manager a little bit too much. Sunday Lunch was ok. But very disappointed that they didn't serve nice big chunky vegetables. Rustington needs a restaurant serving good quality British food. Unfortunately Rustington Manor isn't it! We were greeted by someone who told us he wasn't there and to ignore him! We were the only people there and the restaurant was cold I kept my coat on throughout. The food was poor and not very hot. We had a voucher from the local paper but if you're going to try to entice people in, you need to make an effort and Rustington Manor certainly didn't. We certainly won't be going back to pay full price!

We were a pre-booked party of 15 for a holiday menu that was pre-ordered. We were seated in the conservatory, which was cold. There was a long wait between courses, and the food was of poor quality. Some of the cutlery was dirty, and the table was not very clean. The coffee cups were also not clean, resulting in some being replaced. The staff, particularly the manager, were unhelpful and rude, while other staff seemed unhappy and unmotivated. To top it off, a 10% service charge was added to the bill without prior notification, making for a very disappointing experience. We will not be coming back.

The Christmas 2018 dining experience was a complete disaster. The restaurant had untrained agency staff, served a cheap meal, and even included sprouts that seemed to have been cooked since the previous Christmas by a chef wearing jeans. The menu was simply a sheet of paper, lacking any festive decorations like Christmas napkins. Some items on the menu were even left off entirely. We were seated in the conservatory, which felt very gloomy and we were often forgotten about, having to ask for most of our dishes. The meal took an incredibly long time, from 12:30pm to 4pm, and was very expensive for what was ultimately a disappointing experience. We have no intentions of dining there again. View menu
