"I’m used to making it on a regular basis, but the change in staff has not been a success. Disappointed already by the last 3 times today there were 2 salespeople (one in training I think) who was doing everything and the trainer sitting on a chair behind the crate on his phone, giving orders and explanations without ever getting up or helping. I found it pretty shocking and very unprofessional. People were waiting, the lane was growing while the lady didn't dignify to get up and keep supervising in a pretty high way... Fortunately, the Muffins are good or I'm not gonna think about going back..."
