"Very nice restaurant in a beautiful square in the historic center of Viterbo. I ate outdoors at one of the outside tables among the lime trees in the square. Well prepared dishes with quality ingredients. The Canepina hay deserves particular mention, a very fine tagliolini of egg pasta that goes very well with the sauces proposed by the chef. Good wine list with lots of choice and good prices. Service a little slow and chaotic especially at the end. To have a coffee at the end of the meal I had to ask three times and wait 15 minutes. "Andiamo alla cena di laboratorio, siamo clienti abituali. servizio veloce e molto cordiale. il menu non è molto largo (proposto forse un po' troppo limitato ma i piatti sono di estrema qualità. il salmone cubato, i primi piatti cremosi e delicati, ma gustosi allo stesso tempo. dolce ai 3 cioccolatini eccezionali. prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità di ciò che ha mangiato. peccato che il locale ha deciso di chiudere a pranzo, aprendo solo la sera, credo in questo modo si limitano molto. altra cosa, le lotte locali per avere la propria identità e ben definita. questo problema o errore si potrebbe capire nelle prime settimane o mesi di vita. ora, dopo più di un anno, va considerato. il locale è un mix tra ristorante, bar/locale da giovani aperitivi, o posto da cocktail e vini degotati. Non c'è integrazione completa tra questi aspetti, non c'è una definizione chiara, sembra come se si desidera fare un po 'di tutto. Tuttavia, per quanto riguarda l'aspetto della ristorazione, la proposta è limitata, ma di alta qualità. un'altra piccola talpa rispetto al passato, scomparve l'ingresso dell'accoglienza e del pane fatto in casa.
