"The dishes were good. However, the waitress’ weren’t friendly, and we had to wait a long time before they gave us the menu, then whenever we asked for anything they forfgot and we had to ask several times. For the check we had to wait 15-20mn before they gave it to us, we actually asked for it twice and when we wanted to pay, we also had to wait for 5-10mn. We were very disappointed by the service and that’s a shame because the food was very good."

Nice place to eat maybe a tad expensive but with the fork got money off so took the cost down abit would definitely go back for a desert though they are amazing all in all a good experience and no issues

It was the first time we eat Pinsa and we really enjoyed her. Choosing dessert from the Pasticceria was a bonus. All employees were very friendly and efficient. We found the restaurant too easy for our taste, although not unusual in Florence.
