"My partner and I recently got married in the Cotswolds and were looking for somewhere to go with some family and friends the day after. Simon, Charlotte and the team were so accommodating from the outset. They were so flexible with my request, given that it was the week before and for around 30 people. They did everything they could on the day to serve everyone they are a small but mighty pub. I can’t thank them enough for the delicious food, drink, brilliant service and all round gorgeous, tranquil setting. It was the cherry on top of our wedding weekend. I would highly recommend the Seven Tuns to anyone and will definitely be back when we next come to visit."

Tucked away in a secluded location, this charming country pub is a hidden gem. They welcome dogs and offer a great atmosphere along with delicious food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Thank you for a fantastic evening, Seven Tuns.

We walked from Chedworth Roman Villa to Seven Tons Inn for lunch. Plenty of tables available as early weekday. The food took a long time to arrive as apparently they were a chef down. Food good but pricy and 10% service charge on top. Made a nice day out and nice pub so overall can't fault it.

We visited here before COVID and realised recently we were a mere 1hr diversion away so decided to make it. The food as usual was stunning even a midweek lunch was superb from flavour to presentation. The owners are attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. The atmosphere relaxed and you feel looked after.

If we dont use these pubs they will go and they won’t ever come back. This pub is damn good. Great welcome. Wonderful service. A fabulous menu and wine list. It was delicious. It’s not over done up. It’s owner run increasingly rare but it retained everything I wanted in a pub. I urge you to pay it a visit.

I've been to many country pubs over the years and have to say this pub was top. I had a burger and chips and it was such a lovely meal. The burger was juicy full of flavor and even the fries were great. I would happily recommend the service, food and the pub to any traveler willing to try this fine pub for a great all-round experience.

What an amazing find! Stunning Cotswold stone pub in a beautiful little hamlet at the bottom of the valley. The food was delicious. Imaginative menu with all fresh, high quality ingredients. Everything, down to the tomato ketchup and flat breads was home made. The staff were delightful. Definitely worth the drive out. Can’t wait for an excuse to go back.

Three generations ranging from 10 to 80 had Sunday lunch here for my father in law’s 80th birthday. Good food, and excellent service attentive but not overwhelming. We (11 of us) all got served at the same time, which was a far better experience that I’ve had elsewhere in a big party. I really enjoyed the vegan nut roast Sunday lunch too. A very pleasant change to be included in the “roast” options, and spot on for an autumnal Sunday lunch.

"I had been in this pub for a while, but my family and I were on the way from cheltenham to Westonbirt at 17 o'clock and called for an early dinner. all four of us said that the meal was faultless, we enjoyed all three courses and cannot praise this place enough. such a great atmosphere, cordial greeting from the incredibly fabulous staff and a seat directly at the log tariff. what more can they demand. it is easy to find, beautiful location and has plenty of parking right next to the pub. in summer there is a large garden back. in februar this is the place to eat when they go to visit the colesbourne snowdrop gardens that are right in front of the house and not to miss. the menu at the colesbourne inn is huge and offers for everyone something wonderful, regardless of their taste or nutrition to choose. my calamari ‘Bar Bite’ size starter was superb and definitiw a greater part than we expected. the other appetizers, a black bell and black pudding with fried egg was superb as well as the bread selection we also ordered. mostly fish Pie....only full of a lot of different fish and whistle fish. my son had the steak and ale pier he claimed he was the best he had eaten in a very long time. two of us had the nut roast dinner.... I want my Christmas dinner to be as good as that. desserts of fruit crumbs and custard finished the meal with the obligatory glass or two of fizz. for each device in these times to offer this incredible selection of oriented, which is an absolute credit for them by the most kind of employees ever and the very high standards they did. highly recommended at any level possible. well made the colesbourne inn"
