"We chose this place despite the many not-so-flattering reviews as we were attempting to eat a different cuisine on each evening for our 6 nights in St Anton. A second, very important reason, is that we are vegetarian and there will always be vegetarian items in a Chinese restaurant. The venue is a basement. It's not plush but certainly acceptable. Our waitress was friendly (although a second waitress fromwhom we asked for the bill was quite rude). We ordered vegetable red curry, seasonal vegetables, vegetable noodles and Jasmin rice. We both agreed that the red curry had an odd flavour, which we didn't like, but the other dishes were fine although not particularly tasty. Bill was very reasonable (for St Anton that is....). We thought the food was very very average and probably less than, however, we were happy to have found vegetarian items. Overall verdict - don't make a special journey here but ok food if you've exhausted other options. If you fancy Asian food the Skiing Buddha (Thai) offers much tastier dishes."

Good size shares, good value for money. Nothing special, but decent enough for us to come back.

Wir hatten das Mittagmenu. Es war sehr gut und preiswert. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. A la carte ist relativ teuer, wie in St Anton üblich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Had lunch there. They have a lunch menue wich is very good, medium size portions, which is exactly what you need at lunch break during a sky day. All was very good, service very nice, and it was authentic Chinese.

Food had no taste!! We had sushi, eight treasures, the 4 meats have ?, beef with onions, roasted rice with eggs and literally all these dishes were completely tasteless. I don't know how a person can cook so badly. I won't eat.

Sometimes you just want something different, and this Chinese restaurant in St Anton was a pleasant find. Plate sizes are large, standard dishes were as expected and tasty. Prices a little up there but not unusal for a Ski resort

This is a pleasant place to enjoy a Chinese meal in St Anton the seating is plain but attractive, the entrance down steps is a bit tired, but the lunchtime menu is rewarding and well priced. The food is not outstanding, and a little under spiced,...though adequate. The lunchtime prices are very reasonable.

Had a Meal in this so called restaurant, it was more like someone’s front room, food is best described as Super noddles with microwave chips, Vodka Coke came on a Kids glass no taste of Vodka..... £47 euros for 2 people a total rip off.......following this both of us that had Chicken Curry had terrible stomach upset which resulted in no skiing the following day.... Avoid at all cost....

"We have been skiing in St Anton maybe ten times in the last twenty years. We always go to the Hospiz Alm in St Cristoph for lunch, it's been a family tradition. We always book. We called in on Monday morning on the way through...to book for Thursday. I waited while a member of staff finished a phone call, although he walked straight past me only to return a couple of minutes later to finish the call. I was offered 12pm or 2pm on Thursday. I opted for 2pm. We duly arrived at 2pm to see signs on the door advising that the restaurant would close at 3pm. A marquee had been erected beside the restaurant, there was frenetic activity. Slightly concerning. I asked about our table, I was told it would be a couple of minutes. We waited, I asked again, same response. Eventually we were ushered into a small ante room that maybe seats 12 people. It was cold (outside temp was -12), nobody else eating, no music, zero atmosphere. We set about ordering, concerned about the time constraint. We also asked to get a table in the restaurant. No room anywhere we were told. My daughter went out to look. There was room to sit at another table. Another member of staff agreed to move us. We got our food around 2.25pm and were rushing as it was clear they were trying to clear the place. We asked for another drink around 2.45pm but were told that was not possible. I was still eating shortly before 3pm when I was asked to pay the bill. Clearly, some high rollers had booked the whole place for the rest of the day. No problem with that. I do have a problem being treated like a nuisance. A very disappointing end for something that has been an institution for us in St Anton. We will hopefully find somewhere else to replace it."
