"Was strolling in central London craving something sweet when I saw Shibuya Soho. I went in out of sheer curiosity because I 'm always drawn to Asian cuisine. Didn 't even know dessert was sold here, as it just looked like a typical Japanese eatery. I saw a very interesting looking iced concoction and inquired about it. I was told it 's Bing Su, an ice-cream like treat native to the Koreas. It had what appeared to be ice shavings with milk syrup drizzled on top. I simply had to try it because it 's unlike anything I had ever come across. It reminded me of a snow cone, snow globe and slush, all rolled into one. I decided to try the Mango Bing Su. It was described in the menu as 'milk snow flake with fresh apple mango '; a very apt description The Bin Su was incredible! It was milky, frothy, syrupy icy, all at the same time. A very different fascinating experience for my inquisitive taste buds! The mango was the star ingredient, giving the Bing Su that perfect balance of sweetness tartness. I enjoyed the Bing Su so much, that I eventually returned to try another flavor a few days later. I got the Momo Bing Su. This one was with peach. Though very yummy too, it wasn 't as good as the mango version. Shibuya Soho has made me a huge Bing Su fan simultaneously 'educated ' me about a brand new exquisite dessert. Can 't wait to return and try the other awesome looking Bing Sus, and maybe some of the cuisine as well. Great find for me, in the heart of London 's West!"

Strawberry Bingsu was very nice and big. I have really enjoyed. The employee who took our order wasn’t friendly. Medium prices. You will need to queue to go in.

Terrible and rude service to the. If I can leave a zero mark here then I will. Also the staff didn't pay attention to hygiene. After scratched his hair then continued to prepare food to the customer. Never ever again!!

When craving for Japanese treats, Shibuya is on the top of my list. They also serve Japanese meals too like soba, katsu and curry rice . You'll know they're amazing as the queue for this place goes really long. You can have your food for take away if you please. I love their cakes, croffles, bingsu and coffee! The place is really cozy as well! View menu

Extremely slow. Over an hour wait for our main meal and it wasn't what we ordered. Didn't touch it. Waiter had to check their own menu to find out it wasincorrect!!!! I said we would just pay for what we had and leave but they tried charging for it. Not any apology just chucked us the bill. What kind of service is that? Would never go back. Do not recommend at all.

We so wanted to have some good food and Shibuya looked good. Small place, not too big menu. We decided on just one main dish, saw they have special, just look at my photos, didnt seam much. After us there were some young students having main dishes and those looked even better. At least the Sake and the Peach Gel Sake was great. Might visit again, but have the main. View menu

Tho Bingsu isn’t cheap for a dessert it’s definitely worth it on a hot day. Also, you can always order one and share between two cutting cost to £4 each (incl 12.5% Service charge . They might not have the cheapest Bingsu or the widest variety but their staff/customer service makes them better than other Korean dessert places I’ve tried (like Gaza Soho who aren’t particularly friendly

Decided to try some Japanese desserts, and found that this one of the places to go. We arrived on foot as it is quite centrally located and we found a big queue as this place is quite small in its sitting area. We decided we wouldn't wait and we got take away instead. Getting 4 desserts in the process. A matcha roll, which was good but not quite my taste of choice. A strawberry shortbread which was very tasty, a Chocolate cake which was good enough, and last but not least The strawberry and cream caramelised waffle, which was heaven The desserts are reasonably priced, and quite different in taste and texture for the usual desserts, but i would highly recommend visiting this place expecting t...

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
