"this Sicilian region has not disappointed in a very quiet contrary after the tourist sense of the center of rom. we stretched out to order traditional Sicilian dishes that were all professionally prepared. our server gave us a good advice on its favorites. the mixed appetizer of slightly fried zucchini and calamari was fantastic, as the rolled auberginestarter. all three pasta dishes were excellent, although the simplest spagetti alla bygole was especially good. if they want something with bolder and more unusual aromen and texture, they go with the pasta alla sard. the cannoli and lemon sorbetto were about the best we ever had. great wine list, but only Sicilian weeping. beautiful that we found this wonderful restaurant."
