Buen sitio para comer o cenar, variedad de platos. Nosotros pedimos navajas y bonito en escabeche, que era fuera de carta y el guiso de pulpo con almejas. De postre pedimos la tarta de queso y el pastel de manzana, son caseros. Todo buenísimo, el camarero muy majo y agradable. Muy recomendable 100 View menu

Un lugar para disfrutar de la gastronomía local acompañada de una buena sidra Solleiro. Maravilloso el trato familiar de Amadeo, que durante años hace de su sidrería un lugar acogedor. No puedes dejar pasar la ocasión de conocer y disfrutar de la sidrería La Cubierta, si visitas Tapia de Casariego. Recomendable 100%.

Hemos estado 6 días en Tapia de Casariego y les hemos visitado cinco veces... Comida casera, tradicional con muy buenos ingredientes y cocinado con cariño. También platos con el pescado del día. We visited here a couple of years ago and it was really good then, if anthing it's even better now. We had three courses which was probably a mistake as I could hardly move! All courses were great special mention to the chiorizo in cider and the steak. The staff were really encouraging of my Spanish as well. Very much a local's restaurant rather than tourist and all the better for it!!!!

The proprietor of the Casa Abuelo had recommended this place it is not impressive looking from the outside, and is not oriented to tourists, more to local residents. I had an appetizer of nicely grilled calamari and a main course of lubina, washed down with sidra natural. Service was friendly and the waiter was happy to use his English the orujo digestif was very delicate. Prices were very good for the quality.

Just spent four weeks going round Northern Spain and we had the best meal of our holiday here it wasn't just that the food was good but it was also the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff we loved Tapia as well not as commercialised as Cudillero and better for it nice locals market which seemed to be on every day wonderful iced coffee down by the port and everything a fraction of the price of Cudillero. Cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough but make sure you get there early to get a table!!! View menu
