This place is always a safe bet for good Chinese Take-Away food. The portion sizes are good, the flavours are good and the service is good.

The food at silver vase is always delicious. They are very friendly and comfortable. in the wild go anywhere else. definitely our family favourite.

I ordered honey spare ribs and special fried rice. The ribs were inedible and went into the bin. The rice had three pieces of meat on top which were inedible The rice was very underwhelming Disappointing and unacceptable

It’s decent Chinese food but it could be better. We’d heard lots of hype about the place but I’m not sure it lives up to that. It’s local to us so I’m sure we’ll continue visiting. Don’t make our mistake too and get the crispy noodles they are basically just dry uncooked noodles. Never seen them come in such form before!

We ordered food for 20 people for my grandson’s birthday. We have eaten from here before and always enjoyed the food Some of the people at the party hadn’t eaten from here but everyone comment on the food as the best they have had and for the price we paid they was plenty and more . I would like to thanks all the staff but especially the owner for once again making my grandson’s birthday meal a fantastic one

First time I've used this takeaway, was reccomended by a friend. As a small business owner who has followed all Covid guidelines yet has been forced to close, I left quite upset at Silver Vases complete lack of precautions, when others who have done everything to keep safe are closed down. All staff working with no masks on, and the shop waiting area packed with people all allowed in without masks. Disgraceful for anyone waiting who may be vulnerable. Food was 20mins late, hence having to wait in the shop, and was nothing out the ordinary. Salt and pepper wings were cold and the batter soggy. Find another establishment that cares about its customers as Silver Vase dont.

Shocking experience. We ordered all vegetarian food including wantons. We are all vegetarian in our family. We came back to eat the food and my husband bit into a wanton that was chicken. There was no debate about it, it stank of meat and looked different to the other veggie ones. When he called the takeaway his experience was atrocious. He was told 'mistakes happen ' and was offered no form of apology or compensation. I then emailed them and they have not even bothered to reply. This is a very serious 'mistake '.
