it took a long time to serve a drink. when the food came, it was warm and tasteless. Nobody cleared our plates when we were done or after we had paid.

terrible experience. I have spoiled my jubilee. poor waiting staff bad service and bad eating. I wish I had booked somewhere else. completely ruined a great day for me and my wife

The ambience is great staffs are very friendly However as the day gets busier the attention and service gets delayed . You need to book the place early . It does gets noisy with children and family . View menu

Absolutely fantastic food, really nice atmosphere! We was looked after by the bar manager Szymon Miezin who provided us with the best customer service we’ve had in a long time! Thank you Sky Bar Szymon, he is an absolute credit to your company.

I made myself on a reservation that I made over 4 months ago to find no tables that sit ava and therefore had to sit outside in the dark, cold and wind while I tried to eat a meal. the barman at the bar was also incredibly rude when I asked for a cocktail I did not make cocktails choose anything else from the standards I expect from hilton and I will not return.

After we wait an hour and after complaining to the personal 3 times we finally got our overpriced fat chickenburger. not great that they should pay at the front with service fees that is included because I would not have paid so poor for a service. will not be here again. it is overpriced and pretentious. When we arrived, the service was so, so slow. They certainly could have made more money, if they had their act together. Later in the evening, we found another member of staff, who wore her mask correctly this time, and was much more on the ball. Food was okay, but not great. Drinks were weak, but tasty. We liked the space, but the music was terrible. Overall, it was VERY expensive for what it was, but I guess you are paying for the view.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. We were there to celebrate my daughter starting university, and while we had a lovely experience when we visited last October, this time was a letdown. The waitress was inexperienced and rude, the cocktails were not enjoyable, and the food was mediocre. Our bill came to £169.00 for four people, and we felt like we would have been better off going to a different restaurant. There were no fairy lights outside, which was disappointing as we had wanted to take some photos on the balcony. Sky Bar/Restaurant is not the best way to name this place. It’s actually a rooftop bar that has a menu with 9 items. The food was good burgers and pizza but we arrived with no tables reserved and was told outside was only available. It was cold outside and we were told to stand and wait if we wanted a inside table. 2 other people were eating inside the rest just drinking henceforth why this is wrong advertising to call it a bar and restaurant. For £50 for two burgers and 2 drinks (1 chicken burger and 1 beef burger. 1 pint Stella and 1 bud light) I expected more.
