"A warm and welcoming place, with attentive service. What is especially striking is the level of the cuisine: exquisite, carefully prepared dishes, with local raw materials and unusual and perfect combinations (beans with raspberries, cumin with black cabbage, Calvados jelly with apples). We tried two tasting menus (fish and vegetarian): a true gastronomic experience with balanced and surprising dishes, not at all pandering, sober and elegant and at a completely adequate price.
