"Just what we needed! Fantastic idea, that of serving DIY salads, soups and pizzas in a simple and economical way: a place to spend evenings with friends without having to think about your wallet or personal dietary needs (Thanks to the vast choice of products . You can make up the salad freely (so obviously I liked it! and the focaccia and farinata were very good. Courteous and understanding staff. I would recommend a water dispenser on tap so as to reduce the use of bottled plastic, which is also more in line with the design of the place. We'll be back!"
