"If you're looking for an authentic English pub meal this is your place. The fish and chips with peas and tartare sauce is to die for. The Mac and cheese bites were good too. Roasted mushrooms and halloumi burger was very tasty. They have a range of beer and other spirits to choose from. We had the Kiwi lime cider, Watermelon lime cider and the strawberry pomegranate cider and all of them were very good as well. With a warm ambience it's a great place to spend time with family and friends over a hearty meal."

All gluten-free options are clearly specified on the menu. The fish and chips are amazing, and they also have beer. The staff is very friendly and available. Definitely the best place for gluten-free in Oxford!

I'm not a veggie as such but fancied a change and had the nut and mushroom wellington. Absolutely delicious and the veg was cooked to perfection. Simply can't fault it at all. I will definitely return soon for Sunday lunch!

Have some good food here. Eating upstairs, because there was a pubquiz down. Food was good and enough. You can first taste your beer before you make a decision. Also nice and friendly personnel who think with you and ask for allergies

Nice lunch in downtown Oxford. GF options on normal menu included: GF Peroni Beer Olives Nachos Crispy Salt and Pepper Squid and Chili mayo Halloumi Chips Buffalo Chicken Wing with either Bbq or hot voodoo sauce Chicken Peanut Satay Spoke Lachs Fishcake Haddock and Chips with Peas Celeriac Katsu Curry with Rice and Salad Milk Chicken

Nice pub with an interesting selection of beers to choose from and staff willing to give recommendations. I enjoyed the slightly perfumed IPA. Point to note: We were stopping at Christ Church which is just across the road, and came out for a drink at Old Tom's but were turned away because they strangely stop serving around 10pm. Not a problem here.
