"WOW, just WOW! I chose this restaurant because I had seen so many pictures and heard about what Ben did during the lockdown. It was also a place where I reunited with some old friends, and no one was disappointed with the food. Three people at our table ordered the vegan tart, and they said it was packed with flavor and absolutely amazing. Every course was brilliant, and now everyone is making plans to bring their partners back! I definitely recommend it to anyone! "

"I have visited this restaurant multiple times because I enjoy supporting local businesses, and I am happy to report that the food was delicious as always. However, the service was lacking during this visit. It was a busy Saturday night, but the young male waiter overseeing our table was not very attentive. Whenever I asked him questions, he would say he would find out but never came back with an answer, so I had to ask someone else. I understand that he may have been new and not expected to know everything, but I would have appreciated him finding out and returning to us. Despite this, I still love the restaurant and will return in the future. It is just disappointing that the service did not meet the usual high standards on this occasion."

"Excellent and very good value food. We arrived without a reservation and getting a table wasn't a problem as it was reasonably early. Good job really because we didn't have much time as we had to be somewhere else. It was delight to come across this restaurant. Service was very good. Attentive without being over bearing. Good range of dishes on the menu including an excellent vegetarian range. Nice touches such as a small plate of fresh veg and olives with bread before you order that are complimentary as it is in Turkiye. Although we don't live in the area it will be worth returning for the food here."

"We love eating here and would go more often if we could afford it. I cannot fault them, Marco and his staff are amazing. From our very first visit we felt welcomed and valued as customers. Our son has multiple food allergies and they always go above and beyond to cater for him. The food is delicious and of good quality. The portions are good too, we've never had room left for pudding. They offered cocktails last time I visited and they were out of this world! I cannot recommend here enough. We love it!"

"Start with the negative, it was the first date night in over a year for the wife and I and as we regularly have cinnamon tree as a takeaway but never actually eaten at the restaurant, we decided cinnamon tree was the restaurant of choice for the evening. We are relatively new to the area and was a little surprised to see that the building looked run down and the sign only spelling out cinnamon r on the side. However, stepping inside took the dread away. The decor is minimal but stylish and inviting. Now we arrived when the restaurant had only just opened with a last minute booking, when we arrived there was only 2 people in the entire restaurant so we was astonished that the waiters decided to seat us right next to the pair of girls. Personally if I can see that a couple are coming for a meal I would seat them in a more private area unless there was no option, however there was plenty of option as the restaurant was empty. The next downside was the drinks, the wife had a bacardi and coke and I, a pint of Cobra. The beer was almost ambient temperature and the wife's bacardi tasted slightly off as in the coke was flat and bacardi tasted like it had been sat there a while. Anyway, looking past these issues we felt uneasy as we could hear the girls conversation and felt we could not relax and have our own conversation as they would obviously hear ours. Not a date night feel at all. The food was amazing though, thoroughly enjoyed it, I ate until I was in agony and couldn't fit any more in, I was determined to complete everything even my wife's portion as she felt too uncomfortable to eat having practically been sat on the same table as the only other people in the restaurant. We will return for a date night and ask to be seated in a more private location if the restaurant is quieter, the food is delicious and excellent value for money. We will also continue to get takeaways from this establishment as it is our favourite Indian restaurant in our area by far. Definitely recommend a visit here, but ask for a more private table if you are on date night!"
