Katsu curry is the best, friendly staff, pretty quick turnaround

Always go for the katsu when I need cheering up. It's my happy place.

We tried Sushi Haus on last Friday night. My boyfriend and I shared steamed sea bass, veg stir fry and sushi. It was so fresh, authentic and tasty, it really felt like a treat and an exciting new experience to try out on a Friday night View menu

First visit pre ordered over £100 worth of food for collection the next day, left waiting an hour and half Second order paid for priority delivery, order was late and half missing £54 order), called to ask if the remainder could be delivered to be SHOUTED at off the rude man, they were too busy to complete the order!! RUDE

Went to collect an order I had telephoned through. When I arrived they had no record of my order! They looked at me as I was the stupid one! The young man who works there has zero customer service skills and was very rude. Spoiled a birthday meal! A very amateur operation. Will take my hard earned cash where it will be appreciated. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Have used for approx 3 years. Used to be good. Delivery has been getting later and later and now cancelled 20 mins after latest delivery time almost 2 hours after confirming the order. All blamed on Uber and no responsibility taken. Just not interested when I called them and that is the way it has been going the last few times. Very nice but driest curry I’ve ever had. I ordered the Japanese curry with chicken katsu and there was hardly even any curry sauce in the container so it was just dry breaded chicken and the smallest bit of sauce… also had potatoes in it which I’ve never had in a katsu curry, to fill it so there wasn’t as much chicken etc. so basically quite expensive for what it is and then you have to order the rice separate which is £3.00 for a small portion

Ordered through Uber eats in good time (1.25 hours notice) for delivery at 1745 and they cancelled my order at the 1714 saying they were “too busy for deliveries”. They did not honour any promotions from Uber eats neither so the food I wanted to order (at a discounted rate) I would need to collect and pay full price. Such a shame as the food is amazing and really looked forward to our sushi just let down by the Poor customer service especially on Mother’s Day.

Please be very open minded when ordering this as a takeaway, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The food arrived cold, which had to be re- heated. More disappointing was the quality, bland and tasteless, fortunately there was plenty of ginger, but when you take into account the cost, Asda do better!! I ordered the Katsu curry, Chicken, my favourite, it was dry, tasteless, didn't feed it the animals, best place was the bin. Couldn't really go wrong with the miso soup, should've ordered a gallon. This was supposed to have been a treat for the wife's Birthday, we do enjoy a good Japanese, not from here again. One thing's for sure, it will remain memorable. View menu
