"For a week's stay in the Engadin, I had lunch here four times. The ride to the chairlift for 2 of these visits was great. The hikes from different points were beautiful. The food was equally excellent and in some cases spectacular.... On a beautiful day, the outdoor seats offer a spectacular view. The views from inside are also great, but without the air and the sun. Service was top notch....friendly, helpful and professional. Tip: book in advance on beautiful days or arrive early (at 12:00 or after 1:30) as the place is a destination. Also ask what the cook thinks is the real special....it will be great."

under herrn walters service the evening stay is excellently organized,if he still has time,I can recommend his special tartar,he also gives himself a lot of effort with the other recommendations and you will always come to him in the stubborn.

it is beautiful to eat every year in this special room. the food has a bit more finesse than before. A pity that the service is partly completely overloaded and that eats, in the evenings with full dining room draws more than 3h. We look forward to the next time.

it has always been the same in this restaurant for the past decade. once we eat here very well and tasty, another time the service does not work or the food is not carefully prepared. if we are enslaving it oddly doesn't care about it. the chef always tries to do his work with sweat! View menu

on the afternoon we could enjoy the personal, handmade, the dance prepared by herr walter. in the evening we also tried it because recommended by many. Unfortunately, the leberli were not as prepared as written in map and did not make a very fresh impression. the Wienerschnitzel was not more than average. herr egli and herr walter came still personally to apologize. try again the next time.

in a very elegant environment, special menus are served every evening. in this restaurant you feel the decades of tradition and you feel very comfortable. After the chef and the chef de service changed at the same time, we had a bit of thought but our fear was unfounded. it works almost as well as before. the service is sometimes a bit chaotic and there are between the courses long waiting times. but we hope it will be better with time.

This hotel is exceptional. I am struggling to find a starting point for all my praise. The staff are so friendly, so helpful and so competent. Nothing is a bother. The hotel itself is beautiful with fantastic rooms, service, breakfast, spa area and situated just a few minutes outside of the town of St. Moritz. I have been blessed in my life and have stayed at a few very good hotels, but Suvretta House takes the crown as the best. Thank you for making my stay so perfect. View menu

also this year we have again eaten some paints on the terrace. outsight and recovery is unsurpassed and unique. eating fluctuates from very good to not enjoyable. this time the spider was excellent, also the spinach and the rest of the sweet. once we took the st. galler bratwurst, which was then still cold in the middle and serve it the second time. herr walter makes much again bet with his charm. it would be nice if the quality also n this restaurant would be somewhat more constant.

The food is very good and is based on the local kitchen with a sympathetic update. The atmosphere is smartly casual, but with a well-dressed crowd as it is based on the hotel that is a tad formal. I ate there several times about the course of a week and most days of service was excellent, although in the strange night when Mr Werner was not up, it was slow. The food portions are large so that you do not eat (or not) more than one course, unless you are really hungry or share. The Raclette Night is fabulous and if you love cheese, it's a must, but if you don't: don't go.

"despite the location directly on two roads, it is very quiet in the room with closed windows. I don't know how it's in the summer when someone wants to sleep in open windows. in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the use of it, the very large bathroom on the other side of the road and all the mountain railways in the region, are free with the guest card, which we found supertoll. the reception was very friendly and also all other employees. the beds comfortable, the glass pane which separated rooms and bathroom and could be transformed with a click into a milk glass, I found original. in the room were offered free fruits and coffee from a nespressokaffee machine and tee. the breakfast buffet was great and you could also order pancakes and other things you might have missed on the buffet. the hotel makes its 4 stars all honor. The dinner as a garni overnight was too expensive. better than the fabricated house shoes that were in the room would have been such flip flops that offer the bathroom for rent, because the fabric shoes are wet in the bathroom/sauna, even if you are tired. for a 4-star hotel we expected that they would also participate in the action of the sbb, which runs until the end of October, which offers a free luggage transport to the hotel and to the house. because we didn't check out that the hotel didn't participate in it, we were late to see if we could have sent the boxes to a neighbor hotel. for the home transport, it worked so by bringing the boxes to the neighborhotel victoria. a wall for us who would like to have taken over the hotel for us. as said: for a 4-star hotel we expect something like this. but it was perhaps embarrassing to have to hand over the competition so that they pay for their home transport. we were on the road with public transport from home."
