Menu was not clean, ketchup and food stains, crumbs feel on the table. Tables looked old, base had not been wiped, food stains.

It would have been helpful to have a side entrance to access the car park, instead of having to walk a distance. As someone with mobility issues, it was challenging to walk a far distance.

Been going here for years and never had an issue but tonight was the worst meal we have ever been served anywhere ever. Spoke to a member of staff about the issues and all he could do was agree that the standards have dropped and say he was sorry. This place is usually packed but it was nearly empty and I can see why.

After a 4 hour drive, arrived at 9:40pm. 3 staff members leaning on the end of the bar told us last orders had been called. Had to get a bottle of water bag of crisps from the machine in the Premier Inn. Couldn’t rate the food or atmosphere because they wouldn’t even give us a drink, but not impressed with the customer service

not terrible, but certainly not groundbreaking, they have 2 options for net (chilli or a sloppy joe style burger with beyond.) and a dessert. I chose the chili that was a teeny tiny part, looked like it was served in a chip bowl so small. chilli herself tasted good, but again, nothing special and quite glad I ordered chips to go with the meal!

we showed up here, and first it took forever that our drinks and eating came to the table. because of the scarcity of driving, they had a list of some things that were not available. two vegan options were not available, including the only vegan dessert. what remained on the menu was a main, the chili-non-carne, which was a small part and costed microwave. the other vegan option was the sloppy joe burger that was not available. I had to start a meal from one and a side of fries (which was a tiny meal) not great. I thought honestly they had a vegan lasagne or hutcake. for someone who doesn't like spicy food is just a big (his chili) available is a scandal!

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. People arrived after we had finished our starters, yet not only got their mains first, but ate them, paid and left before we got our mains. Got up to complain only to be gaslighted that they only start mains after they collect starter plates, which they left for 30 minutes despite serving the table next to us. Went to complain and manager just stood there as I berated their employee, without informing me he was the manager or taking the flak. What a pathetic coward. He also looked like he was on work experience from school. PLEASE BUSINESSES, STOP EMPLOYING PEOPLE WHO CAN'T EVEN RUN A TAP, LET ALONE A BUSINESS.

Dreadful Dreadful Dreadful. Please don't waste your time. Waited 5 minutes to be seated so should have gone elsewhere. Server asked if I wanted to add chips to my fajita burger, which I declined. Food took longer than expected, chips had been added and no side order of chilli, which the menu said it included. Server put plate down and ran, and either didn't hear me or chose not to hear me when I called her back. As she immediately disappeared and no other Server was in sight I waited at an empty bar, alongside a customer who said she was trying to find someone to ask where the deserts ordered 30 minutes earlier was.
